To help you celebrate a most fabulous Peanut Butter Day....I am dropping you my best Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe. A While back I made alot of cookies. I made alot of versions of cookies and Peanut Butter ones were to die for!! This Recipe is a culmination of 3 different recipes combined to make the Most FABULOUS Peanut Butter cookie you can ever imagine!!

Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
3/4 C Butter
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup White Sugar
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
2 Cups Flour
1/2 tsp Baking soda1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
40 Candy Kisses (paper removed)
(1/4 cup white sugar on a plate)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°f
Line Baking Sheet with Parchment
In a Mixing Bowl: Combine Butter and Sugars. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
Add Eggs, combine until mixed through.
Add Peanut Butter. Beat until mixed thoroughly and smooth.
Add Flour and Baking soda. Beat until combined.
Fold in Chocolate Chips.
Measure out a ball of cookie dough by tablespoon.
Roll dough ball in sugar then place on lined baking sheet.
Repeat until baking sheet is full.
Press a Candy kiss into the center of each cookie.
Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes or until puffy and slightly brown at edges.
Move cookies to cooling rack.
Cool for 15-30 minutes.
Store Cookies in Closed Container for up to 2 weeks.
Recipe will yield 35-40 cookies (depending on size of cookies)
