Salmon is a common entree option at my house. It's super simple to make and is a great way to get the Omega 3's into your diet. Salmon is a great fish if "Fishy" fish is not what you like. Salmon has a meatier texture to it and really absorbs the flavors you put it in. One of my favorite ways to make it is to Oven Roast it. I use this marinade. It is fantastic! Enjoy!
